"Excuse me Princess, can I have your autograph?"

flywithafreebird:

This would be a man that loves going to work and does not dread it
the night before. Upon entering the Magic Kingdom, one of the security
guards said to the girl “Excuse me Princess, can I have your autograph.”
I could see that the book was filled with children’s scribbles as the guard
asked the same question of many little Princesses. The little girl could not
get over the fact that the guard thought she was a real princess.

French court fashion Belle

This is one of the most gorgeous things I have ever seen. I ♥ this so, so much.

I can’t explain it, but reinterpreting Disney princess outfits through a more historically accurate lens really, really appeals to me. Beauty and the Beast has always hovered hesitantly in the late 18th century (especially in the earlier concept art), so I redid Belle’s gold dress to match 1770’s French court fashion.

After literally decades of dreaming about Club 33 at Disneyland I finally had the opportunity to go inside Walt’s private club.

I’m jealous.

I’d embed the video (1:14), but neither Yahoo nor WXII videos have any sort of “embed this!” code.

Alex and Donna Voutsinas were looking over old pictures when she was a kid at Disney when her husband recognized his dad in the background. Was it fate that brought them together 30 years later?
